A NOTE FROM OUR PRINCIPAL:
This past weekend we held our second of three Parish Visionary Sessions. During this second session, architect Henry Fitzgibbon gave an overview of three potential options for the Master Plan and asked for feedback. I greatly appreciate those who came out and gave their input. As part of this process, we would like to ensure we get feedback from all shareholders in our community. Please take this quick, two-question survey about what your biggest priorities are for the parish and school: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/SJF-Priorities
Our final Parish Visionary Sessions will be after each Mass the weekend of February 22-23 (Saturday at 5:30pm; Sunday at 10am, 12pm and 6:30pm). At these meetings, Henry will incorporate the feedback from the previous meetings and surveys into one Master Plan for review and final input. We will set goals and direction for the next steps. Can we combine the ideas into a working whole? Will we need to approach the project in phases? Come and share your thoughts about the proposed plan! See you there!
The school’s first ever annual report is here! A hard copy is being sent home with your oldest child and you can also find it online @ http://sjfschool.org/images/SJF%20School%20Annual%20Report.pd
We hope you will enjoy the stories and photos. We would like to extend a special thank you to our Development Director, Kirsten Meneghello, for spearheading the project, Michelle Rafter, mother of Aaron in 7th grade and graduate Luke, for editing the content, and Debbie Bakkensen of Design by 1111, and mother of Zach in kindergarten, who created the report’s design and layout.
