Everything You Wanted To Know
Week of March 5, 2018

A Note From Our Principal:
Last night’s PTC meeting was a great opportunity for us to gather as a community to catch up on the events happening around our school and to start getting ready for the 2018-19 academic year. Additionally, we introduced our 2018-19 PTC Executive Council and said a BIG thank you to our outgoing PTC President Couple Mike and Shawna Davis (although they will continue to serve as president couple throughout the current school year). Attached to this week’s SAM is the powerpoint presentation from the evening, which includes the tuition schedule for the 2018-19 academic year.

Speaking of next year, if you have a student returning to SJF this fall, you should have received an email from FACTS last week informing you of an automatic withdrawal on Friday, March 16th for the $200 per student textbook/registration fee. If you wish to change the bank account or credit card that is associated with your FACTS account, please contact them directly at 1-866-441-4637 before this Friday, March 9th.

Finally, I’m looking forward to the smell of spaghetti sauce infiltrating our halls this weekend. Dinner will be served this Sunday, March 11th from 4pm till 8pm. Families are welcome to dine in or get take out and trust me when I say I will not judge anyone who does both as the meal is something to savor! Please see below for additional event details and for opportunities to volunteer for the family-friendly event.

Building Our Foundation on Holy Ground
In following our mission of teaching to the whole child, our partnership with the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) helps provide after school sporting activities for our students. Now that winter is coming to a close, it’s a good time to congratulate all our 1st through 8th grade students that participated in CYO basketball this winter. The 2nd through 6th finished their final tournaments this past weekend and our 7th and 8th grade teams play this weekend. Go Cardinals!
