SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT MEMO
Everything You Wanted To Know
Week of April 9, 2018
A Note From Our Principal:
Who wants a night free from cooking dinner? Take advantage of that opportunity and tonight you can help support SJF and feed your family with our Pizzicato Fundraiser at the Hillsdale location (6358 SW Capitol Hwy). From yummy pizza and salads to gift cards you can use for the future, 20% of all money spent today/tonight goes to St. John Fisher School. This night out is a win-win!
With the weather in spring mode and track season well underway, it’s time for us to get ready for our Jogathon #EverythingIsAwesome! Our Jogathon Kickoff Assembly will be this Friday at 8:15am. Students will bring home pledge packets that day with information on how to collect pledges and how to use our online portal, “Pledge Star” to both generate personalized invitations and to help you track pledge levels. One fun aspect of our Jogathon is that it’s not just for the kids! For a $25 entry fee, parents are invited to participate in our parents race warm up to kick off the event. For more information or questions, please check out the flyer attached to this SAM and/or email our Jogathon Chairs, Carey Hunt or Erin McClaskey.

This position involves scheduling a family for playground duty each day based on the Playground Duty Signup Sheets that all families submit. It’s a great job for someone who is not typically available to be on campus during the school day. Contact the school office if you would like to learn more.
