SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT MEMO
Everything You Wanted To Know
Week of October 1, 2018
A Note from our Principal:
Our Jogathon is this Friday! Kids and volunteers should wear shorts/leggings, sport socks, good running athletic shoes for the track, and a t-shirt. The official Jogathon t-shirt will be handed out in class Friday morning before the bus transports the students to Jesuit High School. The weather calls for “showers” so it may be a good idea to pack an extra outfit for when then kids return to school so they are comfortable for the remainder of their classes.
Thank you to our sponsors who generously make this event possible and offset our expenses. Our T-Shirt sponsors include Fred Shearer & Sons, Grove Custom Homes and Adidas! This year’s Water Bottle Sponsor is Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. Tent Sponsors are: AJC Consulting, Jay’s Wide Shoes, Miller Law, NW Women’s Clinic and Perlo Construction. THANK YOU ALL!
Our collective goal this year is $35,000 and the easiest way to collect pledges is through Pledgestar onwww.pledgestar.com/SJF . Log on to push new invites, track pledges, or resend emails to new sponsors or reminders to those who haven’t yet responded.
Parents-we did not leave you out of the fun! You’re welcome to join our parent fun run! For $25, parents can run the 100-meter pre-race or teams of 4 can participate in the ¼ mile Relay ($80 team entry fee). To register and win prizes, email Megan King ( email@example.com ) and she will send you a PledgeStar invite to get you set up and pay your entry fee.
