A NOTE FROM THE PRINCIPAL:

Tomorrow we begin Lent.  Let us all reflect on the words of Pope Francis and “journey together in hope,” and to take the opportunity of the Lenten Season to ask ourselves whether we are truly willing to heed God’s call to change our lives. 

Given that Lent is a time for renewal for all of us, at St. John Fisher we have many activities to help us grow in our faith journey together:

• Ash Wednesday Mass at 9am, 1pm (with school) or 6pm
• Stations of the Cross, followed by a soup supper, each Friday beginning at 6pm
  • March 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
  • April 4th and 11th
• Reconciliation service for our 2nd - 8th grade students on Thursday, March 20th
• Men’s Club Easter Egg Hunt and Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, March 30th at 10am
• Reconciliation service for our parish community on Thursday, April 10th at 6:30pm
• Palm Sunday celebration with St. Luke Lutheran Church on Sunday, April 13th at 11am
• Holy Thursday on Thursday, April 17th at 6pm
• Living Stations of the Cross on Friday, April 18th at 2:15pm and Good Friday Liturgy at 6pm
• Holy Saturday/Easter Vigil on Saturday, April 19th at 8:30pm
• Easter Morning Masses on Sunday, April 20th at 9am and 11am

PLAYGROUND DUTY: 

Playground duty is from 11:25am - 1:00pm. If there is a conflict with your scheduled playground duty date, please notify Holly Hunt, our playground duty coordinator, as far in advance as possible so that she can reschedule your duty. Thank you for your help in the lunchroom and on the playground.

CYO TRACK & FIELD UPDATE - REGISTRATION STILL OPEN
 It's time to register for the Spring 2025 SJF Track & Field Season! This is a great opportunity for kids to run, jump, and throw for fitness and fun.  Athletes of all skill levels are welcome to develop and compete on a large team.

The registration fee is $240 per participant (LATE FEE: $290 Effective 4/2/2024)

If necessary, depending on current inventory: Uniform order link will be sent to registrants at a later date.

Practices will be at Valley Catholic High School on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00-7:30 pm

Meets are on four Saturdays beginning April 5th plus the championship meets on May 10 (younger grades) and May 17-18 (older grades).
