A NOTE FROM OUR PRINCIPAL

Thanks for an amazing school year! It’s hard to believe we only have a few days left in our 2023-24 academic year! We have been more than blessed and are excited for a summer of rest so that we can come back ready to learn and grow yet again.  

Here’s a small countdown of events happening at SJF for the reminder of this month:

• Tuesday, 6/10: 8th graduation Mass and awarding of diplomas at 6pm

• Wednesday, 6/11: Final School Mass at 12:45pm - we will be celebrating the faculty and staff leaving SJF: Father Richard, Beth Gould (K - 3rd Academic Support Coordinator) and Kerry Oliver (facilities manager)

• Friday, 6/14: Last day of school with free dress and noon dismissal

• Saturday, 6/22: Father Richard’s Retirement Mass and reception starting at 4:30pm

As I reflect back on this past year, I want to extend a huge “Thank You” to Father Richard Thompson, the faculty, staff, students and families for an amazing school year! Each day has brought new adventures for us all and I cannot wait to see all that 2024-25 will bring for our parish and school community.

In closing, I want to leave you with a prayer: Lord, keep a close eye on us as we head into summer.  Keep us safe, share with us our fun memories, and help us to be thankful for good times spent with our families.  Amen!

Friday 6/14:  Last Day of School - Free Dress - NOON Dismissal! NO Extended Care, Playground Duty Signup Forms Due, 10:15am PreK & K Moving Up Ceremony, 10-4 Fr. Richard moving sale in rectory

PLAYGROUND DUTY SIGNUP FORMS FOR 2024-25

Last call to submit your Playground Duty Signup form for next school year if you haven’t done so yet. The form is attached to this SAM and there are additional copies in the office.  You can turn in the form via email at mailto:mwasman@sjfschool.org or turn it into the school office.

FOOTHILLS SOCCER CLUB FALL REGISTRATION

Registration for Foothills Soccer Club Fall Rec Soccer season is now open - and we're excited to announce that the cost remains the same as last year at $125. Plus, Foothills offers a $25 discount on our U7-U14 program if you register your players before June 30th. For those with multiple players, we have a $50 sibling discount for all players!
