SUMMER SAM #4 -
Everything You Want to Know
Week of August 23, 2022
FROM THE PRINCIPAL:
It’s hard to believe, but next week all our faculty and staff will return to campus for inservice week meetings and training. We hope you can join us next Thursday, Sept. 1 from 2:30-4:00pm to take a look at your classroom, get your school supplies put away, say hello to your teachers and friends, and take a look at the uniform sale. We’ll see you soon!
Chef Kris has put together a great information sheet on SJF’s Hot Lunch program, along with a step-by-step guide to ordering lunches on FACTS. Whether you are new to SJF, or just want a refresher on the hot lunch program, the attached hot lunch information should answer all of your questions.

UNIFORM REGULATION REMINDER
Reminder: All students should be in uniform on the first day of school. Tuesday 9/6/22 is not a free dress day. Our “Spirit Wear” gray crewnecks (youth sizes) and ¼-zip pullovers (adult sizes) are up and ready for you to order HERE for the 2022-23 school year. Due to safety and discipline issues with students hiding objects in their pockets (toys, cell phones, food, etc), no hooded sweatshirts will be allowed as part of the uniform for the 2022-23 school year. Thanks for your understanding.
